Love helping farmers and ranchers? North 40 Outfitters in Ponderay, ID needs a full-time Farm Sales Associate for our great Farm and Ranch Department who can help our customers get top-notch customer service! Working knowledge of farm/ranch store merchandise is needed. This position will also assist North 40 customers with plumbing needs.

Experience:
Requirements:
Working knowledge of agriculture, tillage and of farming or background in farming
Basic understanding of our AG department merchandise and seasonal applications to large and small operations
Basic understanding of plumbing
Retail sales experience and a willingness to learn
Must be a driven, personable individual
Must be able to work well with others and have the ability to work with and develop relationships with the local farming and ranching community
Ability to work weekends, evenings and any business day
Must have the physical ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds on an occasional to repetitive basis, bend, stoop and climb ladders continuously
Understanding of the correct lifting and loading techniques
