We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic individual who loves kids and is very organized to run the front desk at All About Kids Pediatric Therapy.
Our clinic is a family environment.
As the front desk specialist, your role is to:
greet patients and their families, manage the schedule for pediatric OT's, PT's, and speech therapist, help keep the clinic in good appearances throughout the day so that it is warm and inviting, manage intake of new patients, collect payments, and answer the phones in a friendly and informative manner.
